Before founding L’Avenir Consultancy Pvt. ltd in 2009, the undersigned worked (last worked as Dy.General Manager –Sales ,Southern region, India) for over 18 years with OTIS in the fields New equipment sales, Modernization, service sales and Area operations. Associated with various landmark projects in South India from Traffic analysis stage to specifying and integration of vertical transportation system into the buildings.Over all 28 years of elevating experience.
Member of IGBC(Indian Green Building Council) core committee,Bangalore .
Chairman, ISHRAE Vertical transportation sub committee for preparing Energy performance standards for Buildings in India.
Member CIBSE Lifts group,UK.
